ICS update..

I just received an email reply regarding to be an Airsoft supplier for our club. ICS is among the AEG type that we will deal with since all of their gun have a unique Serial number. The current PDRM regulation that i know is all the airsoft must have the unique serial number to be able to register in their database.

  2. but you do have to know that ICS AEGs have no blowback functions right...?

  3. No blow back ke? Aiseh, kurang syiok laaa.. But better than nothing right? Much better compares with plastik BB gun sell at kedai runcit.... I saw many children play with these... means there will be numerous future airsofters in training... future supporters and participants for our club... clearly the potential of this sport is GIGANTIC... we will be one of those need to sacrifice a lot to ensure our children can play this, legally and safely...

  4. 1st of all, its not like the ICS will be the only supplier we r going to deal with. we will also deal with UN which u can get a blow back one. 2nd is, we will have the gas blow back "atlease" for a club. Its for a big game like my older post one. We cant use the AEG for that kind of game. Else, u'll see someone crying because their ARG masuk air :D

  6. do u know how much the ICS price?.i think u better do more research

    ReplyDelete
  7. Its not a big deal.. since the supplier price isnt the same as a customer/buyer price. We will get it cheaper but we will sell it more than the normal price since do u know how hard to keep it legal? I have to maek an audit on all the airsoft i supplied for every 5 months.. so let say, i get it for $100, i'll sell it for $250. Means another $150 is upah for me to make an extra "after sales job".

  8. Dragunov- Another thing is, the ICS isnt our main supplier aswell since they got only the AEG's which is not so good for a wet and dusty environment for a big game/event. So the UN and a redwolf(soon) is our main suppliers.

  9. lets say that other teams will established after Lizard legalize airsoft, where they can get their own airsoft? from ATM or they get what they wanted and register?

    ReplyDelete
  10. until the gov 100% legalized it, they can get whatever they want. maybe they dont even need to register the airsoft. But current regulation is, we have to register it and the club have to monitor it then make an audit to give a report to PDRM. So if they want to make it easy, they just register through the TMA else, they have to make their own database and keep the detail la...macam buat kerja 2 kali. Beside, i dont think PDRM wanna make kerja 2 kali aswell.. so what i've expect is, we will be the ONLY club and we will be the ONLY supplier for the airsoft eventho we know there is 1 company selling airsoft and firearm for a gov use.

  11. well means we control the sell/import of airsoft.

  12. not really..its everything. Import, sell, after sales service and monitoring all the guns.

  13. airsoft in msia is more than 10 years before paintball was introduced, they play secretly n the developement of airsfot in msia is more more advanced. its known only to enthusiast, not noobs, legality issue as a sports was promoting since MASOC n till now. but they dun open blogspot la. but anything bout the sports, the game, the legality, the stuff, the developement we are now at a modern status, they already start modding to latest hi tec. gearbox, accessori n such. BUT IN A HIDDEN ONLY TO ENTHUSIAST. if u join a proper forum bout this sport..u will surprise dat airsoft scene in msia is develope already. they re not talkin bout wat best aeg or such but they discuss to the details from gearbox to wire option.

    airsoft is a culture not in oversea but in msia we re follow. its a brotherhood among each other, we value only honor. means there no such thing in being too greed in doin in airsoft business like u said u tk 100 n sell it 250 for me its too much. dats not airsofter attitude. they r more giv n take even doin upgrade n mod for free no charge n depend on how many u want to giv..

    anyway wat u did for legality is good effort for us. even the issue is already submit for las 5 year ago n they r continue it till now n still need a proper rules if the sports if legal then. most ppl specialy noob always talk n talk bout legality but how bout the rules?, the discipline? four laws in gun control? thats is more important than to have the legality. n let say if the sport legal how ppl deal wit it.? do they still play honest? how much fps?

    in msia they oredi hav the super power mods, hi tect technology in airsoft better than UK, in msia they oredi using Night Vision Scope, motion tracker, gas power M4 n war reenactment.

    Airsfoter here is like a ninja. u cant look for them but they look for you n pick which one are chosen to be their brothers. With respect to the law, enforcement, n among brothers they still play the milsim in safe condition without worry. no need legality if they know they PLAY IT RIGHT, WITH RIGHT PPL n WITH RIGHT REASON

  14. Correction : airsoft is a culture in oversea AND in msia we re follow it.

  15. point taken, you must be one of those who play airsoft underground.

  16. Dear Mr Anonymous (plss give a name next time).I was about to say something...but thx for the lesson. i know they even have a nuclear Reactor under their bed. But...legally :) and i was about to legalize the Nuclear in this country :D

    ReplyDelete
  17. respect the law? but its underground..what kind of respect may i ask?

    ReplyDelete
  18. my proposal is 120% completed with such kind of regulation..u dont have to remind me because i have Major Kamaruddin of Askar Melayu to advice me on weapon storage (askar spec) and DSP Rejab of PDRM to guide me on the weapon storage (PDRM spec) and good thing is i combined both of them. Yes!! we have a bilik kebal to keep the airsoft instead of bazookas. PLUS.. our regulation is open to Tan Sri Hj Ismail if he wanna add more. Maybe its hard to get the airsoft after all but the important thing is.. ITS LEGAL to us.

    ReplyDelete
  19. its underground for noobs. n like u, the activities known to law enforcrment n they support us, n they play wit military men, police. pls dun be so emotional. dats not airsofter attiude. we re profesional. unless u hav a hidden agenda after it legal by u..dats another story made by another ppl b4. want to do this n dat, to legal n such but at last, want to promote his personal interest in his airsoft business. i do careful wit dis coz some ppl ever being cheated b4 n i dun want noob out there who are enthusiast in the sport being cheated.

  20. u talked like an expert bro..maybe u r but have u read the Suruhanjaya Sukan form?? Its must be no.. In the form its clearly said:

    FASAL 21. KEWANGAN
    21.1 Sumber kewangan Kelab boleh diperoleh melalui :-
    i. yuran tahunan dan penalti kemasukan semula;
    ii. derma dan tajaan;
    iii. Bantuan dari kerajaan atau badan-badan yang dibenarkan ;
    iv. hasil-hasil perniagaan Kelab; dan
    v. sumber-sumber lain yang dibenarkan oleh undang-undang negara.

    let me repeat again..if u didnt clear with it:
    iv. hasil-hasil perniagaan Kelab; dan
    v. sumber-sumber lain yang dibenarkan oleh undang-undang negara.

    should i repeat again?? to make it more clear??

    iv. hasil-hasil perniagaan Kelab; dan
    v. sumber-sumber lain yang dibenarkan oleh undang-undang negara.

    So i belive u r malaysian who can speak or understand malay language. If i didnt sell and get some profit, how can i maintain the club? ur donation? how many? RM1?

  21. bro, instead of promoting the legality of airsoft club, why not promoting a forming of governing body for airsoft in Malaysia? to have one club only is like a bit unrealistic.

    for sure we want this sport to be accessible nationwide, and draw interest from public, so perhaps TMA can be the governing body to facilitate airsoft's clubs in Malaysia and have full authority to govern them, especially equipments/owners database, competition and etc.

    And all these underground clubs can be legalized by registering with TMA and allowed to manage their own club BUT according to regulation provided by TMA. What say u?

    And like I said earlier, I suggest the name for the governing body is 'Airsoft Register of Malaysia (ARM)', and TMA still retain it status as club (maybe for Selangor) and later the forming of clubs in every states will be like pisang goreng panas, and later can organize inter-state competition.

    More clubs we have here in Malaysia, the more competitive the game will be. And lots of FUN!

    This is just my 2 cents bro, perhaps u can consider it.

  22. Legality is oredi in progress. im not the one who want to prevent dis but pls dun tk it emotional we shud support each other as long u tk it serious for wat u want to do. i juz dun understand why u tk it harm way. n i hope pls dun mention VIP names. dat is d think u shud consider.

    We play it right among law enforcement n they also join us n we never know bout u. never see ur face before. if u is one of our member forum pls post it in. n we can discuss together. things like dis need a support not only to noobie, enthusiast but to all expert who hav involve in dis sport 10 years ago in msia. coz if u r experience person then we shud consider u as brothers. can we be unite?, listen to expert n not do it alone. why hav to bother wrote bout all kewangan law n such. if u cant look for them, we will look for u..then we can cooperate for wat r we struggle for.

    No enemy, no politics, strictly airsoft..!

    ReplyDelete
  23. ok..this is acceptable bro. We want to cooperate with anyone who really want to legalize it. Not just MASOC. We do know why the MASOC got rejected and we will try it again to legalize it. Hopefully the expert and enthusiast like u all can help us to legalize it. Just call me when u r free. Thx and... Parley =)

  24. the true story is only known to real ppl. MASOC done its best. they will rise again for good, sooner or later. they oredi hav the petition, rules n have better proposal.

  25. i've talk with their orang atas already...i know what to do. PLUS...there is no Tan Sri Musa Hassan anymore so logically, diff ppl...diff view on airsoft. so lets hope that Tuan Haji is a good viewer on the airsoft kay?

  26. Alaaa~ I thought ur giving info on where and how to get the airsoft...

    Huhuhu~

    Is the airsoft guns going to be kept by the association AT ALL TIMES??

    Dats sad! If I hav mine dat is not registered, then can I bring it to the battlefield and play if u pros? Will I get caught? Will my future as a lecturer be jeopardized?
